Getting Started

Initial Visit

We know that deciding to seek therapy can be a challenging and scary process. Here at Mindful Emotions Counseling, we strive to make your initial visit as relaxed as possible. Paperwork will be sent to you prior to your appointment.  We ask that you make sure you have all paperwork completed before your visit. You will also be invited to join our client portal, which will help to streamline the process. 

New Clients

Please contact us for your free 15-minute consultation by completing the interest form on the homepage or by giving us a call.

Steps to Get Started:

1. Contact your insurance company to determine coverage.

2. Schedule your initial evaluation-This is the time to share your story and set treatment goals. 

3. Schedule additional therapy sessions. Some clients meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on their needs and schedule.
